“I chose to study at London College of Communication because it not only provided the masters degree that I wanted but also because the University was renowned for its artistic side, which was the route I wanted to take following my previous multimedia experience. I really enjoyed my time at LCC and made good long-term friends which I still keep in touch with.
After graduating I moved to Gibraltar to take a marketing related role for a global shipping agency. I then joined Marriott Vacation Club International in Malaga, Spain, as a Senior Creative Marketing Executive responsible for all the branding and creative material within the EU and UK. I moved to Portugal in August and currently run my Stantino Graphics freelance business from here.
Being new in Portugal and with time on my hands, I noticed that there wasn’t a UAL Portugal Alumni group. I hope that by setting one up, it will help bring together former UAL students from various professional backgrounds under one network. I also hope it will provide a chance to meet new people, exchange ideas and build relationships.”
